Paul Trauger is the founder and Principal at AppWare. He has over twenty-five years of professional experience developing software, leading information technology (IT) projects and programs and managing engineers and technicians. He has worked in the automotive and HVAC&R industries developing engineering simulators for real-world thermal systems as well as automated data acquisition and process control systems. Paul holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
Deer Path Goldens' Madde MacGowan is our 9½ year old female Golden Retriever and office assistant. OK, she really doesn’t do much work but the office wouldn’t be the same without her. She’s adorable and has a great temperament – Madde never has a bad day and does a great job keeping the office upbeat. Whether it’s keeping a watchful eye for deliveries, bringing her special sunshine to a meeting or just snoozing by our feet, Madde is an valuable part of our team.
